​Warranty Information

We provide a six (6) month limited warranty on all parts and accessories from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at our discretion and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, general wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Warranty Shipping

For all warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for inspection. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Where a warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer. Any shipping costs incurred for claims that are not approved under warranty will remain the responsibility of the customer.
