3-Year Warranty

We proudly offer a 3-year warranty, giving you the peace of mind that has become synonymous with Lobster Sports Australia. Each ball machine is tested onsite at our Melbourne facility. Quality control checks are performed at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability. (If your new machine has tennis ball fuzz inside, then you know Lobster tested it properly.) We build quality machines and back them up with our guarantee.

We will try and assess the issue over the phone and provide you with some guidance for repairing the majority of issues If we assess the problem as serious we will arrange to pick up the machine at our cost and repair and return it back to you within 7 days.

Warranty Shipping

The manufacturer’s warranty covers parts and labour and shipping one way. If your product is still under warranty and must be shipped back to the factory, you must cover the inbound shipping costs. This is true for domestic and international retail customers. International retail customers can receive free parts, but must pay to ship both ways, outbound and/or inbound, if necessary. Furthermore, any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the international customer. Lobster Sports will fix all products under warranty free of charge and will ship the product back to domestic customers free of charge, as well. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer an exclusive 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us to receive an RA number and return instructions.


Optional Extended Warranty

An optional extended warranty is available within the first 60 days from purchase.

  • Additional one year (4 years total): $269
  • Additional two years (5 years total): $299
