2-Year Warranty*

We proudly offer a 2-year warranty* on ball machines, giving you the peace of mind that has become synonymous with Lobster Sports Australia. Each ball machine is tested onsite at our Melbourne facility. Quality control checks are performed at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability. (If your new machine has tennis ball fuzz inside, then you know Lobster tested it properly.) We build quality machines and back them up with our guarantee.

*Please note battery is covered by 12 months warranty

Warranty Shipping

The manufacturer’s warranty covers parts and labour. If your product is still under warranty and must be shipped back to the factory, you must cover the shipping costs. This is true for domestic and international retail customers. International retail customers can receive free parts, but must pay to ship both ways, outbound and/or inbound, if necessary. Furthermore, any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the international customer. Lobster Sports will fix all products under warranty free of charge. All expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
