We use Freight Courier Services for most of our orders, for smaller items we may use Australia Post

We will email you the tracking details the day the item is shipped.

We pack orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you.

At this stage we only ship to Australian addresses

Any orders over $200 will receive FREE SHIPPING, this includes all ball machine orders.

Orders under $200 will incur a flat rate of $10 shipping Australia wide

​Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Provided you have not used your Ball Machine and it’s in the same condition as when we shipped it to you, we will refund your money if the machine is returned within 30 days of your purchase.

Please follow these steps to return your product(s):
1. Call our office on (03) 9036 8080 or contact us to make sure your product is eligible for return/exchange and to discuss return freight options.
2. Please return the item using the return freight method agreed upon after contacting us. Cost of freight for returns is at your cost. We are happy to arrange the pickup and give you a freight cost quote before proceeding with pick up. Please pack the items carefully in the shipping carton it arrived in to avoid any damage during transit.

Once the returned goods arrive it takes about 7 days to process the return process and issue a refund or exchange.

Ordering

Once you place your order it will be confirmed by either an email or a telephone call. Lobster Sports does not guarantee the availability of a product that has been advertised online at the time of purchase, however, we will contact you immediately to advise we are unable to provide you with the item you have ordered.

All our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are regularly updated If you happen to find a cheaper advertised price from another supplier your welcome to contact us with price details and the supplier and we will do our best to match or better that price
